Fluzone - Multi-dose vaccine
Seasonal Flu Mist - Does not contain preservatives. Cannot be given to patients who have the following:
1. Egg allergies or previous reaction to vaccine?
2. Asthma or active wheezing?
3. Under the age of 5 years with recurrent wheezing?
4. History of Guillain-Barre Syndrome?
5. Long term medical condition?
6. Patient has had a MMR or Varicella in last 30 days?
7. Patient has had antiviral agents (Tamiflu) within the last 7 days?
